Andrea began her professional studies in environmental engineering before earning her law degree and entering the demanding field of patent law in New York City. Over more than three decades, her career evolved from private practice to corporate leadership, including work at Johnson & Johnson, where she gained firsthand insight into the complex dynamics of power, decision-making, and organizational life.

Along the way, Andrea expanded her focus beyond the law, earning a graduate degree in Organizational Management and completing professional coach training. As a legal educator, leadership professional, and coach, she has spent years helping people navigate change, strengthen communication, and lead with confidence and integrity.

The seeds of A Woman of Extraordinary Skill were planted during Andrea's years in the legal profession, but the manuscript sat unfinished for many years while she built her career, raised a family, and served her community. During the pandemic, she rediscovered the story and, encouraged by a local writers' group, returned to it with fresh perspective.
